Goodbyes are Really Difficult

I tried very hard to postpone the inevitable goodbye to Nicole, as she is moving to start her new job tomorrow. We spent a short time today with Nicole and Kara, and the kids got to play together inside and on the driveway for awhile.

They also had fun tooling around on the driveway in the cozy coupe and on the school bus. Ethan kept trying to sit with Kara in the cozy coupe, but it's definitely not designed to hold 2 toddlers!

The time came when Nicole needed to leave for the airport to pick up her aunt who was kind enough to fly out and drive back cross-country with Nicole so that she would have company on the way. It was really, really difficult to tell Nicole goodbye. We will miss their family dearly!
