Marble Tower Fun

I love garage saleing and recently have found some really fun toys for Ethan and Ryan.  I bought two marble tower sets, and Ethan has been enthralled with putting together all different types of towers for the marbles to roll down.  Ryan (whose fine motor coordination at this age is much better than I remember with Ethan, who was all about gross motor skills), has been carefully observing his brother and figured out how to assemble some of the pieces himself.  Since he loves to be doing whatever his big brother does, he has had fun "helping" build the towers.

Mommy, this is fun!

I think that this is the biggest tower that Ethan built (other than the track that he and Dan created that went all the way down the first set of our basement steps).  I must say that Dan and I have been enjoying building with the marble tower sets too!

Julie, were you the person that did a huge marble roller coaster for science fair, back around 7th or 8th grade?

Hi Brian! Yes, that was me :) You have a great memory! 7th grade, I think. It was a lot of fun to build the marble coaster, but I didn't like having to learn laws of physics to describe why the marble stayed on the track.
