New Year's Day with Friends

We had a fantastic New Year's Day spending time with dear friends. We watched football, got to catch up, ate a TON, played games, and the kids had a great time running around together. Ethan got to try ping pong for the first time on Logan's new ping pong table, which he thought was so neat. Surprisingly both boys were energetic and happy late into the night, so we were all able to play several games together after Ethan and Ryan's normal bedtime. Ryan cracked us up keeping amused with a large plastic spoon that Jackie gave him when he began to fuss a little. That spoon kept him happily occupied for over an hour! Who needs toys when you can simply use a spoon? ;) This was an adorable photo that Jackie took of Ethan and Lauren. They had such a blast playing together.
