Bye Bye Silver Grand Prix

Dan thinks I'm ridiculous for it (I probably am), and I don't really know why, but I had a sentimental attachment to our 2000 silver Grand Prix. I really love that car, and it's been very comfortable and reliable. It was my commuter car to work for many years. I was a bit sad to see it go, but we donated it to our church's vehicle ministry today. We hope that it provides many more years of reliable transportation to someone in our congregation who is in need. Farewell silver Grand Prix...

Hi Julie! I just wanted to comment how I understood completely about the attachment to cars, I do the same thing, currently we have held onto our reliable Toyota Camery for 11 years! And I was sad to see Sean's deep red Tundra go when we traded it in for the Sienna and I always take pictures of them and say a sentimental goodbye :-)
