A Belated Valentine's Day Celebration

Dan returned home safely this evening after being overseas on a business trip for a week. We were relieved and happy to have him home safe and sound. My mom had babysat for Ethan on Tuesday while I went to a Mom's Night Out activity with friends from church, and she brought a Valentine's gift for Ethan. We saved it to open when Daddy came home (since he was gone over Valentine's Day), and it was fun to see Ethan's reaction when I handed him the gift. He must have remembered from Christmas, because he knew exactly what to do when it came to unwrapping the gift- he did it all by himself! He was very excited to play with his new set of vehicles, signs, and traffic cones. Thank you Grandma and Grandpa G!! Here are a few pics of him unwrapping the gift by himself:
